Update (4/11): We wanted to inform you that the data failure that we experienced a few months ago resulted in losing all accounts and data on the Media Server. No backups are available. However, we have installed a new Media Server. If you had any accounts on our media server prior to the crash, please email us at fanfilled@buddytv.com with your URLs and we will create new accounts for you. If you did not previously have a media account, but would like a media account to supplement your website, you can also email us and we will create one for you.

Update (3/30): We were able to successfully recover data from Server 5. If your site is hosted on Server 5 (https://94.23.16.61:2222), please email us at fanfilled@buddytv.com with the following information, and then we will provide you with access to your data:

1) Your Name
2) Domain Name
3) Account Name
